♦ The use of open flames is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! (This includes candles, tealights, incense, scented burners, etc.)
♦ The apartments are fully equipped. Upon departure, we check that all items and equipment are present and undamaged. In case of any missing or damaged items, the cost will be charged to the guest.
♦ Please always lock the apartment when leaving. If you are inside, do not leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door.
♦ Always lock the garden gate with the key after arriving or leaving the property.
♦ When leaving the apartment, please reset the air conditioning/heating to its default setting, close all doors and windows, and switch off all electrical appliances. The air conditioning may only be used with windows and doors closed.
♦ Please refrain from any behavior or activities that may disturb the peace and quiet of other guests or neighbors at any time of the day, whether inside the apartment or in shared areas (kitchen, yard, etc.).
♦ House parties or any kind of gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
♦ Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. The host reserves the right to check if the apartment is being used according to the original booking terms. Any breach of this may result in the immediate termination of the stay.
♦ Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the host and may be subject to an additional fee.
♦ Guests are fully responsible for their pets and must cover any damage they may cause.
♦ Violation of these house rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay by the host.
♦ Jacuzzi Policy: The jacuzzi is available upon request and subject to a daily usage fee. The water is changed, cleaned, and treated before each new guest’s arrival. Please help us maintain its condition during your stay. Proper use of the jacuzzi is essential. If we notice misuse or damage to the jacuzzi or the water quality, the guest will be held responsible for the cost of cleaning, repairs, or replacement.
♦ In the event of any breach of these house rules, the host reserves the right to claim compensation for damages and may immediately terminate the guest’s stay.
